Pillow Finishing Services at Stitch-Stash
At Stitch-Stash, we take pride in providing high-quality pillow finishing for your needlepoint canvases. Here’s how the process works:
1. Preparing Your Canvas:
Please ensure there’s one extra row around your canvas, as this row will be lost in the finishing process.
2. For shipping, place your canvas in a Ziploc bag for protection and include your contact information (name and phone number). Once received, we will call to confirm the finishing details and follow up with a final price approval.

3. Timelines:
Once pillow price is approved, pillows are returned to the shop about four weeks later (5 weeks with monogramming), beautifully finished and ready for you! I meet with my pillow finisher once a month around the middle of the month. I drop off pillows that need to be finished and pick up pillows that are finished.
***I will be meeting with my pillow finisher on 10/31 and again on 11/17. November 16th is my deadline to have your pillows back by Christmas.
4. Fabric Options:
Feel free to send your own fabric or choose from our selection of 125 fabrics in-store. Supplying your own fabric is more cost-effective, but we’re happy to provide options either way!
5. Monograms:
Yes, we can do monograms. This will take 1 extra week in the finishing process- so yes, 5 weeks to finish. Still pretty awesome!
